Our Groups

SMART Recovery Meetings are open to the Public. There is no cost to attend, however a hat is passed for donations. Whether your addictive behaviour includes substances (alcohol & drugs) or behaviours (gambling, sex, eating, self harm) SMART can help. If you do have questions about the meeting or need further information, you may contact Raymond Walli at 613-225-7272 or info@mhaso.ca.


Meetings are on Saturday Mornings from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

Donations are accepted.

Crisis Line MHASO


Professionally trained responders are there to answer your call 24/7. A crisis can include difficulty dealing with stress, overwhelming feelings, symptoms of depression, anxiety or psychosis, suicidal thoughts, or any concerns.



OAARS is a starting point for people 16 years and older who are concerned about their substance use and want to understand and discuss treatment options.
