You will learn how to:

- Befriend your flaws & inner critic

- Transform shame through self-compassion

- Offer kindness & understanding to yourself during times of difficulty

- Foster hope for well-being toward yourself & others.

Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices.
You will learn:
-Healthy ways to cope with stress, anxiety and other forms of mental and physical health conditions.
-How to let go of worrying about the past & future, and live a more present & balanced life
-Practical techniques to enhance self-care and create healthier, meaningful relationships with others.
