Join us for a powerful and engaging workshop that explores how our personal principles can guide us toward healthier choices and stronger recovery. Facilitated by Mark Nasmith—military veteran, recovery advocate, and SMART Recovery group leader—this session will help participants explore the meaning of “principles,” examine real-life examples, and learn how to apply them effectively in daily life.
