Sandra Bach
M.A.C.P., RP
Sandra is completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She is committed to providing trauma-informed and anti-oppression counselling founded on a clients’ skills and strengths using a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dance/movement psychotherapy (DMP). Sandra has learned that what emerges through movement is authentic, embodied knowledge that can be understood cognitively and woven into a therapeutically-productive, holistic narrative. Sandra has experience with the urban Inuit community in Ottawa and with geriatric in-patients in a psychiatric setting.
