Sandy has earned the Addictions and Mental Health Graduate Certificate (Honours) through Algonquin College (2022). AMH enables graduates to meet CACCF's requirement in qualifying for membership. Sandy has been trained to take an interdisciplinary approach with her clients to deliver effective and responsive substance use disorder treatment through holistic assessment, intervention strategies, and recovery processes while supporting ongoing mental health. Sandy encourages her clients to utilize self-determination and personal empowerment to achieve one's optimal quality of life.Â

Sandy is a certified SMART Recovery facilitator and facilitates the Thursday evening online women's group for additional support.
