Professional Journey
Sandy’s path began in holistic health. After graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2014, she opened a private practice as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and became a Reiki Master Teacher — work that taught her to see clients as whole, multidimensional beings.
In 2022, she earned graduate certification in Addictions and Mental Health from Algonquin College and became a certified SMART Recovery facilitator, leading groups with M.H.A.S.O. for two years. By 2025, she achieved the Certified Advanced Peer Addiction Specialist (CACCF) designation, underscoring her dedication to high-caliber, client-centered support.
What Sets Sandy Apart?
Lived Experience & Empathy — Sandy understands addiction and complex PTSD firsthand, creating a deep sense of safety and understanding for her clients.
Integrated Wellness Planning — She merges recovery science with nutrition and energy work to address physical resilience, emotional regulation, and spiritual grounding.
Empowerment-Based Coaching — Rather than “treating” clients, Sandy walks beside them, helping them uncover their own resilience and power.
