Flexible appointment formats

Service format and availability can vary. We offer in-person, virtual, and phone appointments. Tell us what is accessible and workable for you during intake.

Fees & Insurance

Standard 50-minute sessions are currently $140–$165. Services are not covered by OHIP; extended health benefits may reimburse eligible care.
