MBSM Alumni Monthly Group

The practice doesn’t end after eight weeks—it deepens.

Our Monthly Alumni Sangha is a welcoming, supportive community space for graduates of the Mindfulness-Based Symptom Management (MBSM) program. It offers an opportunity to reconnect with the practices, deepen insight, and nourish a sense of belonging among others walking a similar path.

What to Expect
Each sangha gathering includes:
- Guided mindfulness or compassion-based meditation
- Silent reflection time
- A short talk or theme drawn from MBSM principles or current challenges
- Optional group sharing and inquiry
- Support for integrating mindfulness into daily life

Whether you’ve recently completed the program or it’s been a while, this is a space to return, refresh, and reconnect with your intentions.
