HOW WE CAN HELP

Start with what feels difficult right now.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. These are some of the concerns you can bring to counselling.

Changing roles & relationships

Explore recurring disagreements, feeling unheard, or difficulty expressing needs. Make space for different perspectives and more constructive conversations.

Talk through shifts in family life, new responsibilities, and changing expectations. Explore boundaries and ways to support one another through transitions.

Behavioural concerns

Discuss patterns that are creating stress at home. Explore what may be contributing to them and work toward responses that fit your family’s needs.

Mental health & addiction

Explore how mental health or addiction concerns affect family relationships, and talk about support, boundaries, and your own wellbeing.

A PLACE TO BE HEARD

Make room for
each perspective.

Family counselling offers a space to explore how you relate to one another, what feels stuck, and what you would like to change.

You and your counsellor can identify shared goals and explore practical ways to communicate, respond to challenges, and support your relationships. Your family’s circumstances help guide the conversation.
