HOW WE CAN HELP

Start with what matters to you.

Whether you’re questioning a pattern, considering a change, or looking for support in recovery, you can tell us what is happening in your own words.

Change & recovery

Talk about when and why you gamble, the impact it is having, and the changes you would like to make. Explore ways to respond to urges and difficult moments.

Make space to talk about money worries, secrecy, conflict, or changes in trust. Work toward practical boundaries and conversations that support your wellbeing.

Build coping strategies, identify situations that make change harder, and plan for setbacks. Your goals and circumstances help shape the work you do together.
