HOW WE CAN HELP

Start with what matters to you.

Gaming and time online can be enjoyable and meaningful. If a pattern is becoming difficult to manage, you can talk about its impact without needing to label it first.

Gaming habits

Explore difficulty stopping or taking breaks, gaming longer than you intended, or conflict about play. Talk about what gaming gives you and what it may be getting in the way of.

Internet & screen use

Talk about scrolling, streaming, browsing, or checking your phone when it feels hard to step away. Explore how these habits fit with your relationships, wellbeing, and responsibilities.

Practical steps toward balance

Identify patterns and triggers, explore manageable boundaries, and make room for other activities and connections. Work toward changes that reflect your needs and everyday life.
